RAD were contacted to assist the client team for this redevelopment project with feasibility advice. The scheme will replace an industrial estate with 106 new homes, with offices and retail adjacent to the railway line in Wandsworth.

RAD provided advice on what submissions the railway will be likely to require, what the content of the submissions should be, how long to allow for the permissions to be obtained and indicative costs for rail consultancy, Network Rail’s own costs and other costs that may be incurred as a result of the rail interface such as monitoring.

This was all prepared in a report for client review to allow them to decide the next steps for the scheme.
